How it works

  • Place your booking

    Click on "Request" on the profile page and tell Ronaldinho what to say in the wave video. The more specific your instructions are, the better.

  • Your wave is recorded

    Once your booking has been placed, Ronaldinho has 7 days to accept your request and record the video message.

  • Your wave is completed

    As soon as your wave is completed, we will send you a link via email and text to view, share or download your wave.

  • Pay with confidence

    If for some reason your wave isn’t completed, the hold on your card will be removed within 5-7 business days.

  • Anfrage an schicken

    Fülle das Buchungsformular aus und gib Anweisungen für dein Wave (Video). Je genauer deine Anweisungen sind, desto besser.

  • Dein Wave wird aufgenommen

    Wenn deine Buchung erfolgt ist, hat 7 Tage lang Zeit, deine Anfrage zu akzeptieren und das Wave aufzunehmen.

  • Dein Wave ist fertig

    Sobald dein Wave fertig ist, wirst du per E-Mail benachrichtigt und kannst es downloaden und teilen!

  • Kein Video -> Keine Abbuchung

    Kann dein Wave aus irgendeinem Grund nicht erstellt werden, wird die Reservierung des Betrages innerhalb von 5-7 Werktagen aufgehoben.
